One of my earliest works employing digital matte‑painting techniques, this piece captures the tranquil, hushed ambiance typical of Asian countryside scenes. I aimed to evoke an ancient, sacred setting that invites a meditative mood.

Though completed quickly, the illustration proved especially rewarding—it was selected for d’artiste 3, the renowned matte‑painting journal released periodically.
