Type of work: Matte Painting

This shot was designed for the theatrical production "Apassionata: The Dream." The Munich venue featured a custom-built indoor stage surrounded by large panels positioned on the sides and overhead. Multiple projectors strategically placed throughout the theatre projected the foreground elements visible in the image onto these panels. The expansive stage provided ample space for numerous performers, dancers, and horses, while a massive 50-meter LED screen at the rear created dynamic backgrounds that synchronised seamlessly with both the panel projections and the narrative, delivering a deeply immersive theatrical experience.

This image is part of a sequence where the audiences have the impression of flying over hills, green fields and mountain ranges. As the lighting and time of day gradually shift, they paint an ever evolving landscape that captivates and enchants the viewers.
